I reckon Isity got passed to KKL on the back of its potential (special shout out to CH - well played sir!), then KKL did to it what they have done to everything.

He says in his CV that he reports to KKL - is KKL providing any direction is the question. Answer - he has time to start a new business, focus on its growth,  and to travel promoting it. He's more like a retained consultant that KKL aren't using? Maybe KKL is too preoccupied with so many 'teaming' agreements
