"x – I’m in the midst of an extended overseas trip and traveling in the US now.  FutureMax is a vehicle I’ve set up for me personally (and me alone) as my passion project - I’m looking for it to become a lifelong vehicle, regardless of other activities I may have, for meeting like-minded CEO’s around the world to explore sustainability as a strategic corporate differentiator and is separate from my role with isity.

My take on his response is its leave without pay and taking more control in his life and outcomes (FutureMax). If an Isity deal comes to fruition then he would be back ASAP. That's the impression I get from this response.
Would love to hear other peoples interpretations...​
