An important clarification regarding the advice I stated I received from SPARK in an earlier posing on this thread. - It was not from Spark but from Computershare - apparently Spark referred my concerns to Computershare to deal with !!!!!!

Hence the opening statement ... "Computershare has nothing..."

So Spark have not bothered to contact me and deal directly with the matter since I spoke by telephone three days ago to the Spark Investor relations clerk.;-))

"Computershare does not have anything to do with your sale of securities...It is your broker who should be able to help you.

I have spoken to one of the contacts Robert at Commsec and explained to him your situation.

He has promised to give you a call regarding the issue you are facing.

If you do not hear from him, I suggest you call Commsec and ask them to help you with the sale. Dial 13 15 19 and then select the option that pertains to technical difficulties.
