frozen spark securities

Hi All,

I operate via Comsec and as of yesterday my SKI securities show as having a $0 value, if I try and trade the SKI securities via Comsec I am told that the SKI code does not exist.
Meanwhile the SKIDA (new SKI securities ) are happily trading on Comsec.

I contacted the Spark infrastructure investor relations by telephone on Tuesday morning to advise them of the situation, I was asked to put my concerns in writing via email, which I immediately did.

Today Wednesday, I contacted Spark again and was told that the Investor relations was on Annual leave for two days......

Late this afternoon I was emailed by Spark and advised to contact Comsec to get the situation sorted out !!!!!!!!!


At NO TIME in the recent corporate restructure announcements to Spark shareholders and the ASX did I see a statement by Spark advising shareholders of the disadvantaged situation that Comsec trading shareholders would have to remedy as a result of such corporate restructuring.

Any one else having the same problem ?? any one care to comment ?
