Also like how I have been thinking this is an arrangement more than a agrement. The diferrence is that partys can always come to new arrangements and re arrange terms but a agrement is more a bit like a contract and it is an agrement so it cant be changed because it is agreed on.
I think they partys are working together more like they have arrangements and the anoncments might be worded better.
