Cash has to be valued in the stock price at a discount if it is going to be spent due to very little income.
The court case in Singapore versus Bayan is trailing on a bit and closure here would increase confidence.
South Africa is costing cash and low coal prices are adding to negativity.
Phillipson is moving slowly as well.
