Imagine tomorrows discussions will going this way:

JSW: So we will give you 300 million AUD for Debiensko and want Jan Karski for free. Wa want to takeover and buy out you..

PDZ: Sorry, Debiensko has a current value about 1.5 billion. Jan Karski again over 1.5 billion.

JSW: we don't know Jan Karski enough.

PDZ: the last drillings have been in your laboratories.

JSW: lets make one thing clear...our company is in the hands of polish government. Who will decide, if you will get any permissions for mining?

PDZ: the international court from the EU. If you want it this way, you won't get your needed coal before 2025. The courts are very slow.

JSW: 500 million AUD for both.

PDZ: 750 million AUD plus 1 JSW share for 100 PDZ shares.

JSW: we will think about it. (2 minutes later - OK, lets do the deal)
