Lots of questions here.

The evaluable patients are those available for evaluation at day 56.  10 out of 14, no reason given for the missing 4, assume the worst?  Or could they be extra patients added to 3rd cohort who have yet to make it to day 56?  No idea.

If these results are as at day 56, what about long term data?  Patient benefit is what this is all about and there's no indication of how they fared after day 56.  Is Her-vaxx showing any long term activity, or is it tied to the period when the dosage is administered?

Is there any correlation between dosage and the 5 partial responses?

They state that the PR and SD results were . . .  their best overall response . . . but there's no indication when this response was taken.  The best response could have occurred at day 56 and be ongoing, it could have occurred at day 30 and trended downhill from there.

I really want to know how many patients still survived and continue to be monitored.

Swimming against the comment tide here, but this announcement could easily be putting best spin on average results.  IMU have not been shy about talking up their product and this is decidedly low key and misses a lot of info.
