Cheers for posting. As the new wave of immune treatments are coming through, I think the definition of success is rising. Back then, herceptin didn't have a fraction of the competition that is now making its way through immuno-oncology trials.
These herceptin results are for a single agent and we don't have that info from the current trial. IMU will hopefully have some more results as the cisplatin leaves the system and we get some indication of LT benefits from Her-vaxx without SOC drugs running alongside. That data should already be there for cohorts 1 and 2.
I'm hopeful that the PR and SD results were on the improve at day 56, but I can't tell based on what they've told us and responses could also have peaked during treatment with cisplatin and be on the decline once the immune systems were left to their own (Her-vaxx augmented) devices. No way of knowing.
