This is just phase 1 , you get limited access to patients , if there was a casualty while testing its moral obligation to report but not a compulsory and will not be due to clinical trials , having said that 30% reduction in tumor where there was dead end for those patients is an awesome achievement , it’s not just increasing the life span reduction in tumor size that’s getting cancer under control and bringing it back to stage 2 or so ( with limited knowledge) , still phase 2 results will be very interesting
