Long time lerker & neutral observer.
Out of curiosity, shouldnt CHM get some sort of $ amount for the opportunity cost of not having that amount to invest themselves. Hypothetically, they could have bought their own Jack Hills project.
Being repaid the principal and interest seems insufficient IMO.
