DLS has put a takeover proposal on the table for all the issued scrip in TDO. 4 for 1 plain and simple. They have to date 19.9% of TDO, we are now waiting for the bidders statement from DLS. It's that simple.
Don't stress over it, however why appoint lawyers and consultants as advisors if TDO board intends on doing nothing and rejecting the offer?
