    it was the Chairman that resigned, not CEO.
    Chairman really has nothing to do with running the company, they just chair board meetings

    Also, the removal of the chairman of tdo adds NO value to shareholders of dls

    writing is on the wall - this attempt of a takeover was a schamozzle - sack dls board if you have any idea how a company SHOULD be run, and want it run be competent people
