    Not sure what you mean Noellyn. A dividend paid in July will be in the 30 June 2012 tax year, so there should not be an issue. Sometimes the franking year is different as well, but even if that goes off the calendar year that should be OK.

    Capital returns are tax free but they do reduce your cost base.
