"Perhaps they have a more important use for their cash"

I always thought Sin Tang wanted to go mining & take a large stake in Exco in return for part financing a Project.

They are a group with (very) large interest's in steel and I believe they were looking to diversify into Copper.

They dont look (to me) like small players in the steel industry, and I guess they would not have had plans to remain small in Copper either.

I feel they would look at themselves as a rival to IVA and other large producers, so a small (to them) cash gain would not be of a huge interest to them & a script offer would be of less interest (I think).

Someone is selling a lot of stock, and as everyone is saying "why would you sell now ??", so I've been looking at who it might be & why.

Also Sin Tang would not have to lodge a Substantial shareholder notice, as they held less than 5%, so until a new top 20 shareholder list is released I guess we wont know.
