Interesting what passes as a fact these days. Have the "they" that you refer to ever managed or operated the drilling of a commercially viable well? They thought that they knew what was down there when FP#1 was drilled with the then CEO of VIL telling investors that it was worth about 23c per share. They thought that they knew of columns of oil in the case of SD but where did that go. Despite their track record you state that its a fact that they know where to drill this time.

Was the misspelling of the word "know" / "no" in your post deliberate. If not it does seem quite appropriate in its given context.

I hope they do find the good oil, or any oil for that matter but it seems unlikely. Blaming GGP for telling their shareholder why they decided not to participate isn't unprofessional, its their responsibility. You might not agree with it and might not like it but GGPs shareholders are entitled to a full and frank disclosure from their board, even if you don't like what they have to say.
