70% is the minimum under apra regs,am assumuing you are relying on prior statements,if spreads unwind ,some asset sales ,we may still get 3c,their presentation will be based on facts at this point in time.
although i am an optimist i still think in terms of positive surprises and at this point with all in front i still believe mof to be worth significantly more than the current sp,i dont see any startling value buys at present in other stocks
