A quick look at the chart shows the money that exited with probably around a 40-50% roi in a short space of time. You know the bounce again on MOG is going to be significant so why not lay some sleepers in now.

The sell side dried up very quickly and it ran before being dumped into.

Those traders will be back when this thing starts moving forward. Remember also, that as the time drifts, we are inherently closer to drilling Artemis.
