EAR’s time will not come until the shareholders replace the existing BoD with one capable of assembling a capable management team. If it’s not done at this AGM they will need to do another cash raising and that will drive the SP down further. NST won’t make a move on EAR until they need the plant or a competitor decides to move on EAR ... because they don’t have to. They can wait.
