Pat, my letter from ASIC ( now closed until Jan 2nd ) also suggests that in addition to their action we might also like to consider taking private legal action as per our rights under the Corporation Act.
ASX is open again tomorrow,wonder what action they will be taking . Not hard to guess who’s going to become the fall guy. Think he and one or two others maybe facing a 12 month vacation at taxpayers expense sometime in 2019. This has been handed to ASIC on a plate thanks to diligent minor SHs.
