Mate good on ya for having the confidence to put more dollars into this, it just seems that the fact the rail was given the official nod from state government & this is in my very un-educated opinion,that Todd possibly saying to the state government this project wont go ahead until our conditions are met ( delist/privatisation ) ? hence the extension of the rail agreement to 2020, if this is the case us SSH's won't get a look in over a project worth$$$$ that will have political mileage, jobs, local business benefits etc. hope I'am totally wrong fingers crossed .....
