Leaders of Vietnamese Communists are settled.
People told me that HAZ got a lot of support from new bunch of leaders because they want more investments from Australia.
Some of ex-leaders who do not like WEST very much are gone.
Vietnam need to get more hard currencies.
I was told that we should have good news soon. They cannot give me more.
