    ...this takeover is NOT favourable at all for BDR shareholders, the Management Team is selling Beadell’s 2,500 km2 highly prospective land package dirt cheap! I hope that this "suspicious transaction" will NOT get any approval of Beadell's shareholders and approval from the Federal Court of Australia!
