With the meeting being on Monday morning, I'm guessing the company will go into suspension either tomorrow night or Monday pre-open? That would make tomorrow the last day to purchase shares before the re-listing.
With road shows happening during January, that should provide plenty of interest and liquidity when the company re-lists as Alcidion in early Feb.
