Hi all, just a question.

Is the management fee of 3.0% per annum plus GST based on the net tangible assets of the Company, payable monthly in arrears. The Manager is also entitled to a performance fee of 27% plus GST based on the investment return calculated and payable quarterly in arrears still correct?

And does that seem high?
