It's more a case of who wins the war in this legal battle rather than each stage. Tranche 2 was won by WEC but the result of the appeal by PT Bayan in Singapore now matters much more than that.
White seem to be holding back on a decision to sell the Mountainside coal assets in Appalachia. If the appeal goes their way then they may well either not sell or further bide their time.
The market cap at 3.2c is under A$10 million.
