Appreciate the summary
I came to white's and its issues with Bayan late
so a concise history of key dispute events dating back to 2012
saves me both a lot of reading and/or research.
With whites low market cap one wonders why Bayan haven't done a hostile takeover
I see nothing in the court orders that would suggest they can't. At this stage its unlikely to happen as the judgement will sort out the issue once and for all.
Looks like Bayan will eventually (After judgement) fully acquire "KRL"
