don't expect too much radical change to fixturing as a new 5 yr tv deal is about to commence with the status quo.
home & away games against every team = 34 qualifying games???? some teams are crippled long before 22 game season is completed.
this leaves a 2 tier comp option, still with anomalies, but word is that it won't happen in the next 5 yrs
