I want to know more about their DD and financial viability
If it is true that this milk comes off 1 farm and is transported separately and processed separately..........surely they can tell us at AHF how Camperdown is accomplishing this and what the costs are against the sales to date ..............we can guess their expected sales
How niche can this get? or if for some odd reason sales go gangbusters...............what do they have in place to ensure demand is met from a farm perspective and also from a processing perspective.
I want to know how they see this as being cost effective.
