If nothing else "it" is getting air time....the problem for shareholders is what is "it".

Is "it":
- Camperdown Dairy
- AHF
- Free Range
- Peter Skene's farms
- Camperdown's farms
- the labels on the products and what they imply
- the whole murky concept of dairy in the eyes of some noisy consumers

Nope, "It" is none of those although they have all been thrown into debate by many or quoted on radio or in the print press. The lesson is in basic marketing and media management and we have seen best practice of how not to do it. The whole "It" has done absolutely nothing for the brand name of Camperdown Dairy.

Talk about smashing a company to nothing.

Best thing they could do is pull the product from the shelves and revert back to the previous labelling and consider how to quell the media debate about "Free Range" and let the whole discussion filter into the industry bodies for a wider more deliberated debate amongst those better informed.

I wonder if the AGM on Tuesday will be a Free Range affair. No need to remain seated during the procession you can just wander anywhere in the room and eat whatever you find wherever you find it.
