Nuggety stuff is ok when you actually find nuggets but its a bit hit & miss & you can move a lot of ore for not much gold. Its also visible gold which makes it pretty sexy but you easily go broke in between nuggets.

The thing I like about the disseminated oxidised gold and the deep down sulphide gold are that they are much more predictable & consistent. Its usually invisible to the naked eye but good on the hip pocket if grades are right. The grades and deposit are easy to predict before embarking eg Fosterville know that the Swan Zone has about 500,000 oz. Some of it actually visible.
