It's been too gradual of an increase, ASX speeding fines normally only occur if something increases by 50% or doubles in a day from my observation.
IMO - CYL is way over priced compared to other companies with mines/infrastructure and actually in production. CYL have good results, some JV's and leases and that's about it.
For the record I'm back on the NML train.
