ps Ash,thodey and penn both felt trujillos chinese websirte businesses didn't fit into tls's business model ????????????????.
 thodey had no time for the busineeses (ie in one presentation all he said was 'tls continues to run the businesses) and gave away sou fun for chicken feed,IF tls had of held onto soufun and it was sold off same timeas auto home was sold off,tls would have made approx $6b profit not just $3b,i'll say that again $6b profit plus the dividends the websites paid tls each year .
But because thodey and penn wear blinkers they didn't like the businesses ie they didn't fit into the tls business model but made tls over $6b plus in profits
Tls has missed the payments,but there is still plenty of time for tls to expand into indoor/outdoor advertising and energy but that will require a new courageous open minded chairman.imo clear and obvious acquisitions like oml or red energy,although accc looking into outdoor advertising there are plenty of oppotunities for tls to expand oml globally.etc other sectors.
