The balance of the franking credit account in the last annual report was only around 1.9 cents per share, and we might get something like another 5 or 6 cents this financial year if we are lucky.
This would indicate at best something like 20 cents per share fully franked as a final payout to use up all the franking credits (note that this would also reduce the offer price by a corresponding amount). It's hardly material when you consider the offer price.
