MrT, I reckon the market has read the very carefully crafted and positive announcement, which included a reasonable time line (note - RM has been pretty good so far with H77 in meeting his own timeline/targets) - and seen that it provides traders with ample wriggle room to play the stock over coming weeks without the risk of a surprise announcement that would catch people on the wrong side of the trade.

Anyway, that's my observation for what it's worth.
