Andrew Gummer is talking about banning it completely or allowing it under tight regulation in tightly prescribed areas .
My concern is that NT Labor will allow the big boys to frac and ban frac'ing on the licenses of the weakest operators to appease their supporters .
Empire have to make themselves a less soft target .
