not 110% sure but I know that if successful it could nearly treble production flows. Some of their previous presentations illustrate the increase in production anticipated if fracing is successful.
Its a shame the oil price slumped last week as I thought MOS had bottomed out. I still believe MOS is undervalued but considering their long history of mediocre result I can understand people are waiting for actual results. There are 3 things which have been mooted but not finalized;
1- CSG under ground gas storage 2- PNG Kimu gas sale 3- Fracing
All three are potentially positive short term news but all three are now overdue. In fact I think the CSG gas storage discussed last year appears to have gone off the radar somewhat. Any way, at this price its a buy for me.
