They cant do anything until the Elk mating seasons ends in April.
All you can hope in the mean time is that they don't drain too much cash, my guess is you will have in a best case scenario ~$100k left by then (and $850k debt) and a CR will be required prior to anything further happening (I think this will come sooner if they can find participants)
