I think the Dissolved Oxygen relates to waste food and fish excrement mostly. There is obviously bacteria in the water munching on the waste and respiring, which uses up oxygen. Anyway - bought some. The story seemed to mostly be a beat up to me, with some evidence of political decisions that are weighing up the environment against economics.
