That's misleading - they can choose to sell on market if they wish, read the release.
You stated "CRZ will be taking the stake at somewhere between $1-1.54.";
That's misleading - if the SP ends up $0.99c before the sale, CRZ will not be buying up at the $1-1.54 mark. REV ASIA don't have to sell at that figure. REV ASIA can sell at "at a discount of not more than twenty-five percent (25%)" if they like. They can sell the stock for whatever they wish on the "Open Market" if the market dictates that the market cap is over inflated.
The share price has fallen 45c since the start of July. What happens if it falls another 45c? Do you think CRZ will be buying up over $1?
