    Just join the dots.......Carsales owns 22.90% the founders are offering 27.20% it was planned from Aug 22 so add the two stakes together and you get 50.10% and control. The statement released by Rev is a typical transperent offer processes to settle the share price and effect a transfer price to CRZ.......CRZ will take the stake and bid for the rest of the company. It will happen soon in my opinion
