There is a standstill in place in March 4 release. It states that CRZ and ICQ has an exceptional working relationship and states that CRZ cannot increase its stake beyond 22.9% unless ICQ directors give them permission. Now that the founder/directors have stated today their intention to offer 27.2% it is fairly logical to join the dots that CRZ are getting the 27.2%. So its just down to price.
Add 27.2% to the already 22.9% CRZ holding and CRZ will have a controlling stake of 50.1% .
Pretty simple really. I would be happy to hang in their with CRZ in control as a minority if they will let us. Clearly CRZ have pushed the button on this as the founders still have a further 10% stake up their sleeve
