All that is very obvious and no one would butcher the stock on market not least the founders. Really.... be a bit more sensible. Please don't constantly reprint the announcement process I can read
I see you own no stock so why are you on this forum under ICQ?.

Wait and see ....what is going on is a 10 day VWAP pricing process for the transfer price. No stock will be dumped on market by the founders willy nilly.
My prediction/guess is CRZ will own 50.1% by months end and a full takeover will be similtaneously announced at that price for all the company conditional on 90.1% acceptance.
Let's just wait and see
