Thank you Flyboy, the compaint is based on the directors ofering shareholders the ability to subscribe for shares by means of a rights issue without disclosing all the facts.
Maybe TMX will do this, but if they don't then I will complain to ASIC. Maybe it falls on deaf ears.
Hopefully none of this will be necessary, and TMX will do the right thing and inform all shareholders of its intentions, their likely profits and their risks.
Shouldn't we all be working for the benefit of ALL shareholders, so what went wrong?
