Hello flyboy, I don't think the Board recognise that the shareholders own the company. So either they are naive; arrogant and naive; or arrogant, naive and disdainful to shareholders. Take your pick. I think a few hefty votes against re-election of certain directors may resolve this issue.
In regard to mining, its a concern that they have not released the numbers. My guess is that they have not done a feasiblity study and what they intend to do is to put the mining out to contract and toll treat or sell the ore to a nearby mill, hoping its all cash positive.
I will vote against the first and second resolutions if no more data is forthcoming about the proposed mining operations. Whislt I fully support mining, and have advocated it the past, I think not to release the mining plan to shareholders is neither fair or reasonable. How can we make a decision whether or not to subscribe to the issue without this information. I wonder if a case could be made to ASIC.
