    I am agreeabke regarding the arbitrage opportunity here Shimmer.

    By way of update, the AUZ deal has now been announced (with AUZ to resume trading tomorrow AM) & on improved terms (pro AUZ) than what was reported by Fosters, namely Fosters reported:

    "The option to acquire 19.9% for $65m, implies a valuation for AUZ of $325m."

    Based on the ASX annt from AUZ , the option to buy 19.9% stake is for $80.2m (not $65m reported) implying $403m val.
    Undiluted JRV 4X cheaper - i.e. to rally to peer par value JRV would go to $2.04.
