Everything that you have written appears right. I have been a strong follower of Fosters in the last couple of years, particularly after the Beringer purchase. I think that market has overfocused on the cashflow problems it used to have, the currency increase and the grape glut.
I bought the shares six months ago at 4.75 and am hopefully waiting for them to go up to $6 in twelve months. If you look at the 12 month high and low, there is not a material difference.
Hopefully a large wine company like Diaglio (I can't spell it), will agree with us and take them over!!!
DO you follow McGuigan WInes as well. What is your position after their takeover of Simeon WInes. I have them as well.
