As most people are aware Foster's group has had a very active overseas exapnsion program over the last 20 odd years.
With interest inChina and other european countries.
My question is, what worked and what didnt?
Im writing a research report about Foster's Group and i need to identify one value creating venture and one value detroying venture. As i have 20 years of data to work with, it would be nice to be led in the right direction.
