It is a good comapny fully priced by FGL and Mac bank took on the risk that they could add value to the listing by sucking in people who couldnt be bothered seeking advice or didnt read the documents prior to making a decision.

It has been discounted my moronic friend due to many factors including the intro of non smoking pubs and the fact that with mortgage rates heading up people cannot afford a long boozy night out.
FGL saw the pubs as a non core business and they were right to offload them.
Its just a pity we cannot of load you.
