My take is that this situation is being very carefully thought through. I think OBL are being smart by continuing to fully fund the work program and progressing forward. It make Backreef's position worse by not contributing anything.

I also believe that BRU are very interested and obviously understand the current situation from a legal stand point.

I think the final breakup will be OBL 37.5% %, OXX 25% BRU 37.5% obviously with OBL as operator. A don't think a decision is too far away.

I am now more confident than ever with our position and look forward to a more sustained increase in the SP.
